(1) If the authority deems it necessary, it may at any time conduct an inspection or investigation in relation to the work done or the service provided by the person who has received the permit.
(2) The authority may designate any person or entity of the authority for the purpose of inspection or investigation as per sub-section (1).
(3) In the course of inspection or investigation, it shall be the duty of the concerned licensed person to provide the information or details and documents requested by the authority or the body or person specified in accordance with sub-section (2).
(4) The procedure to be adopted during the inspection or investigation in accordance with this section, the report thereof and the arrangements regarding the implementation of the report shall be as prescribed.
